Do you know someone who wants to sell or rent a property? Give me a non-binding tip. If your recommendation leads to a successful sale, you'll receive a commission. The amount is flexible and depends on the sale or rental price.

Requirements for your recommendation:

- The property has not yet been reported by us or any other tipster.

- No active brokerage agreement with the owner or it has been terminated in writing.

- The property is located in Germany or selected European countries (see below).

- The owner is not your spouse or partner.

Please obtain the owner's consent in advance to share his contact details and inform him about our contact.

Advice and valuation are free of charge and non-binding for the owner.
